EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING BUILDING SERVIES UPGRADES AND REPLACEMENTS

Pure FM are specialists in the delivery of Facilities Management, Building Services Upgrades and Replacements as an internatinal division of Pure Group our team are all highly experienced in the design management, procurement, planning and implementation of FM projects and Building Services upgrades. Our team having been both engineers and contractors are equipped with the knowledge and real time experience to suitably oversee and program the works while communicating in a clear and concise manner.

Some of the recent commissions that Pure FM has managed the process of design right through to implementation on site include:

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS & AGREEMENTS

Often we find that Maintenance Contracts and Agreements have been drafted and negotiated by procurement departments who have limited knowledge of technical aspects of maintaining Building Services and are mostly reliant on the Maintenance Contractors to provide a quote and reverse brief when pricing the works which leads to gaps in expectations and the opportunity to exclude costly maintenance items.

Pure FM are experienced in scoping, tendering and assessing period Maintenance Contracts and provide our Clients with a comprehensive easy to read recommendations that provide comprehensive maintenance scheduling. We find the correct scoping of the works allows for better pricing along with more financial rigor to the tendering process both saving money and providing a better maintenance outcome.

BUILDING SERVICES AUDIT & SCHEDULING

With our depth of experience in Property Maintenance and Building Services we are able to provide Clients with comprehensive asset audits, equipment scheduling and maintenance contracts – often we find that building owners keep poor records on the quantity, age and condition of key building services infrastructure. We are often called in at the end of life for the replacement of key plant on an urgent basis where maintenance costs are escalating.

Pure FM are able to provide full building audit services identifying the age, type and condition of equipment and then allowing the scheduling of end of life replacements in a controlled and systematic manner. With the led-times involved in the ordering of key plant such as Chillers / Switchboards / Lifts / Cooling Towers it is important to identify aged and failing plant and equipment early so that replacement strategies and methods can be put in place to minimise the down time, along with the time for procurement, manufacture and delivery of key plant also needs to be considered.

ACCESSIBLE SYSTEMS

Pure FM have fully developed quality and operational systems that support our business and staff, our systems are web-based allowing access both in the office and on the move. Our staff are equipped with mobile devices to best ensure that information and actions can be actioned in the shortest possible time. Our quality systems are based on AS9001 and are consistent across all Pure FM offices.

Pure FM are also familiar with propriety facilities management software commonly in use like Service Channel and others.

Pure FM are 100% privately owned and are independent of any other competing contracting or consulting interests outside being professional Project Managers.

This independence ensures that our Clients receive the best possible project advice at all times, converse to the more recent trend within the project management industry of mergers, buy outs and acquisitions over the past couple of years. Through the formation of Pure FM we are able to offer clients with project certainty in terms of staffing, commitment and passion.

SUSTAINABILITY & BUILDING SERVICES

Due to the inherent background and experience of its Directors and Staff, Pure FM as a facilities management organisation are at the forefront of understanding and implementing energy upgrades/ enhancements and maintenance contracts for our Clients.

With our Directors previously working as Consulting Engineers in HVAC and Electrical we have a working and practical knowledge of Building Services and understand how to work with Engineers to get the best possible outcome which is both practical and well considered.

Pure FM have been involved in major plant replacement and energy enhancements across several sectors and have a good practical working knowledge of the Green Star and NABERS energy rating systems.

This depth of experience and understanding of Building Construction and Building Services has allowed Pure FM to provide our Clients with invaluable advice and strategies for the staged energy enhancement of their facilities resulting in measurable energy savings.
